Kobe International Community Center (KICC) was established with the aim of internationalizing Kobe, “making the city more livable for foreign residents” and “promoting international exchange”. KICC provides a one-stop multilingual information portal on the Kobe municipal administration and life in Kobe, as well as a consultation service on daily life and various services for international exchange.
